Pwd reset inability

I have the same problem as GCD (Good Citizen) and I’ve spent the whole afternoon trying unsuccessfully to reset my pwd. 
same error message. 
unable to call from my cell phone 

unable to receive calls or text messages 

*611 does not work

Absolutely frustrating!

Did you refresh your browser after changing your password?

@antkoo   you were still able to use the phone yesterday? 

 

When you call 1-855-4PUBLIC from another phone,  and enter your phone number, does the system able to locate your number?  if they message said NO, three is a problem with your account.  

 

If that is the case , open ticket with PM Support:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply you there

do you tried use browser from computer, clear cache and cookies and use one page inPrivate mode,

 

or contact to support team by private message CS_Agent to reset.
