Purchased add on but it does not show up in "my account"

I have purchased a US plan, and downloaded the receipt (twice), but it does not show up in "my account".  I tried to use Simon, but I can't make a ticket as I can't log on through the link that it gives me in order to submit a ticket.  My husband is traveling in the US and he couldn't figure out how to add another US plan on his phone (he already successfully had a plan that ran out), so I am doing the add on from Canada on the computer.  Now he is away from wifi, and I have no way of contacting him.  He already knows that he should restart his phone.  Please help.

After clicking on the spinner refresh icon under the Shop Add-ons button, do you see any mentions roaming items? If so then you either need support as mentioned or wait for those items to disappear.

If is the SAME add on, must wait 24 hours after expiry of the 1st to re add. ( yes, stupid glitch)

 


Otherwise, customer support can apply it.  

 

Use option #2 if option#1 not working.

 

To contact a Customer Support Agent, there are 2 methods:

 

  1. Use the ticketing system for a faster response time. Click here and type Customer Support Agent, then select Contact Us, then select Other (or the topic that more closely matches your request).  Click the result which states Click here to submit a ticket and follow the prompts,  or, 

  2. Send a private message to the Customer Support Agent by clicking here  You’ll need to be logged into your Community account for the link to work.

 

Watch for their response in your Community private mailbox which will be indicated by a number on the small envelope icon to the left of your Community avatar.
