Hi,
I used my new address for billing but actually didn't update the cards' address with my bank. The purchase didn't go through since the postal codes did not match but both my credit card and debit card were charged (I tried with both of the cards)
Could someone address this issue?

Youre on the community forums so if you click the link below. You can private message them through the forums.
They will write you back and it will appear in your inbox. The envelope top rightish. They likely will be able to search the information by your card details, address.
