I made a purchase online by mistake for my phone and I am looking to get it cancelled and refunded. I was not purchasing it today.

did you make a purchase with the phone plan or add-on? PM is prepaid and usually do not provide refund, but they might still help. Check with them

@Red1994 , the ToS does not provide refunds. However, the support agents have been known to offer it on a case by case basis. Please use the chat symbol on the lower right corner of the web page to initiate a support ticket.
