Publicmobile SIM not arrived yet

I have ordered a sim card online on Nov 12. So far I didn't receive it.

I received an email said My order is on the way. After that, nothing received.

I ordered 3 on Nov 15th and got them on the 19th. There were 2 emails sent - confimation and a few hours later a shipping notice to let me know its on the way.

There was no shipping nitice. thats I am worrying.

Yes - it should have arrived by now. Did you get a shipping notice? And are there any stores nearby that you could just purchase?

If you want to take advantage of one of the promos you might want to stop by at one of the SIM carrying  retailers (Walmart, WOW, TMS, London Drugs, K-mobile...). Keep in mind that you have to activate the sim online at home to be eligible.

@PrattCanada post had a strike for a while, but thats too long IMO, I would suggest having the moderator team look into this for you. I suggest sending a message to the moderator team. Click this to send them a message. Remember to give a full description of your issue with as much detail and include your name, account number and/or phone number and pin number so they don’t send you a message back asking for more details.

I know it can be a little frustrating to wait but they will get back to you asoon as they can between Monday-Friday 9am-9pm (EDT) and Satuday-Sunday 9AM-7:30PM (EDT)
