Unable to login self serve account

I recently set up three new accounts, two of them I am able to login but the third I am not...something maybe went wrong with my setup? The phone works great, but would,like to be able to login in case I need to make changes etc. Any ideas? @CS_Agent.

@SharonjonesDo you get an error? Does it say account does not exist? Password incorrect? What is the error you are getting?
