Hi,
I am trying to port my # to Fizz. I have tried several times with the number and with the IMEI. Fizz also tried to do it for me. I keep getting an email that the transfer could not be completed. I did once receive the text from Public where I indicated YES, but it did not work either. Fizz suggested that I contact Public to find out why I cannot port my number over to Fizz. thank you!

Is your PM account active? Use your PM account number for porting purpose (instead of IME). Keep your PM SIM card in the phone until you get the port request text. Then answer yes.
PM will release the account if it gets the correct information (PM account number, PM cell number and account holder name).
