Authorized Number transfer but cannot place or receive phone calls

Outbound calls aren't working.  That doesn't take 30 miutes to 4 hours.  Outbound not working isn't because of porting.

It's probably another customer.  CS_Agent would never tell someone to call that number.

I think he was referring to the message that  I sent him with port assistance number.

 your account was not setup probably, so you will have to message PM support as I suggested above

None of the possible problems suggested apply. Reboot didn't solve the problem.

@preform1223, are you able to confirm that your old service has stopped working?  It can take a bit of time for the number transfer to complete.  Generally when the old service stops working, the number transfer is complete.  If the number transfer is stuck, you can call the number in the link below for resolution.

hi @preform1223 

make sure old carrier sim is removed and only PM sim card is there.  Reboot phone and reset network settings

if still cannot even make calls, then it is a problem with the sim or account setup.  Ask PM support agent to help

removed old sim and installed Public Mobile sim ?
