Public point reward

Hi need help with my public points. There is no redemtion option showing.  I have 62+ points and wants to reedeem it but no option shows up just "No Activity"  message showing up. Thank you

To redeem just login to your account on your computer or app>rewards>go to rewards>catalogue>select your reward>redeem>confirm.

hi @Robloxkid 

please try login  again  using Incognito/private/secret mode on your browser.  There should be a Rewards Catalogur tab and there you choose the $15 vill credit to add to cart and check out

if still cannot find it, submit ticket with agent and they can help to redeem
