I ordered a sim card and paid for it through public mobile. Just wondering where it is?

@Jes63 , it took over 3 weeks to receive my SIM Card from Public Mobile that’s delivered through Canada Post! Some get there’s much faster!
You could see if a local Telus, Koodo, or Mobile Klinik Store has one if you need it right away. Then once the one you ordered arrives you can save it as a backup in case you lose one or pass it on to someone.

Edit: @softech already suggested what I typed here! Sorry 😞I need to take time to read better!

If it has already been this long, please give it a couple of weeks. SIM cards often come in your regular mail.

when did you place the order?
Sim card delivery from PM online could be as many as 3 weeks
However, since it has been over 10 business days, you can open ticket with PM support to confirm if they got the order and if the sim card is on the way. They might offer to resend you another one or ask you to buy one form local Telus/Koodo/MobileKlink store and reimburse you the extra cost
