You can review your settings for that at: Subscriptions & Notifications - My settings - Community (publicmobile.ca)

I do think you'll soon find that there are too many of these e-mail messages/notifications. Personally, I have all the e-mail notifications turned off.

I have just private message email notifications on for when I get a private message. Nothing else.

My Settings - Preferences - Private Messenger - a couple check boxes in there.

@djjjlawson  - try setting your options to the below. But, as @computergeek541 posted you may want to adjust, tweak or turn off depending on what you would like.
