Public Mobile monthly plans

Hello,

I am going to travel Mexico soon and I need to make sure that I can still receive calls from Canada as I normally receive, while travelling in Mexico.

If I choose switch to one of those monthly plans where it says [CAN-US-MEX, pls see attached photo below], can I still receive calls normally from friends and family in Canada while I travel Mexico? Its plan includes a feature such as unlimited talk and text below, so checking. Please advise. Thank you!

If you are travelling in the US, for voice calls you will need to have a VoLTE enabled phone that is on Public Mobile’s whitelist because there are no longer any 3G networks in the US. I do not know the same issue exists in Mexico.

Whitelist can be found here: https://www.publicmobile.ca/en/get-help/articles/volte

it's only USA who've retired 3G networks. You can use VoLTE and non-Volte in Mx.

@LLa8910 Correct, you will be able to receive calls and text as well as use Data roaming in Mexico if you switch to the Mex plan.
