Got a recent email from Public Mobile talking up the use of Telus Health and "Virtual Health". Ever tried "Virtual Health" at 3G speeds? Definitely a non-starter. So what does the email mean.
1. Telus are unaware of the limitations of Public Mobile?
2. The marketing people are not talking to the technical people (the engineers) - selling a service that cannot be technically supported and does not work/
3. The marketing people are getting ahead of the engineers, who are about to, but have not yet, released the Public Mobile upgrade to 4GLTE?
Perhaps a moderator would care to comment?

I wouldn't think too much of these e-mail messages. They are likely sent to all Telus, Koodo, and Public customers by default. They can be opted out of.

I actually find their health offering useful especially their living well companion.

Except for when it comes time for someone on Public Mobile searching for technical support...then it's "Telus who?"

Or perhaps upsell opportunity?
