Hi Guys, 
I referred friend to PM more then a month ago but I have not received any PM points yet, any idea?

Your friend should see something similar to this on its account

Last 4 digits of your phone. If it does not see it then referral code was not properly entered.

If your friend didn't receive credit or you your monthly bonus, no worries a CSA can manually sort that out. This happens to many customers if there is a typo etc

@Haji-Nabeel you checked My Rewards site and you don't see your friend number under Refer-A-Friend there?

 

How about your friend? does he/she got the $10 yet?  Your friend should see it added in his/her My Account as Available Fund.

 

Ask your friend to open the ticket on behalf for both of you. 

 

1. If you have access to My account: At https://publicmobile.ca/chatbot.

Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", Then click "Other", then click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗" 

2. If you don't have access to My Account or have trouble with Chatbot: Private message CS Agent at:

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on the top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply you there
