Well, They will stop auto pay once you port your number out but I am sure you can also do contact your bank and request them to stop auto pay for PM. see if it works for you.
Try couple of things that might help you.1- Reset network settings2- Go to APN settings and reset it 3- see if you can change data LTE to 3G and back to LTE and restart the phone. 4- Clear any cache and cookies
