Public Mobile New eSim Incoming calls NOT received

I purchased an eSim from Public Mobile online. I have recharged it with $35 per month. I have not been receiving any incoming calls since then. I am able to call anyone with outgoing calls. But when someone tries to call me, it shows number doesn't exist. I need help with incoming call activation. Kindly help at the earliest on steps to fix it.

Then it is likely an account provision issue.  You will need to wait for customer service agent help.  The waittimes are longer than usual.  Up to 1-2 days right now.  Check your private message inbox for response.

Try a network reset of your phone.  This will erase any saved Wifi passwords.

Okay I have tried doing the above. I m waiting from the CS Agent to contact back

No i didnt port aby number. I just purchased a new esim and recharged it. Yes I m able to receive and send SMS. Only incoming calls aren't working. Also data seems to work ideally

More details would be helpful. 

Did you port over a number from another mobile company?  Are you able to receive texts on your phone?  what about data?

Try rebooting your phone first and see if that helps. If not then you will need a CS_Agent to help you fix this issue. The quickest way is to click on the Chatbot and type in Submit a Ticket or Connect Agent.

The slower method is to pm an agent by going to your avatar then Messages and address to CS_Agent or click on link below:
