My problem is is I got my account switched my plan for some odd reason. I had the $25 plan with 25 gigs with unlimited texting and with unlimited canada-wide calling. For some reason all of a sudden it gets switched. What is going on people? Can you help me? I did not switch it all of a sudden. Now I'm in h mode and I can't even do a simple text. I was able to use my plan properly today June August 18th 2026 someone please help me and I have been hacked once before. Is this another hack? I had I had a Sim swap once before a few years ago. What is going on now? My plan is reverted
$25 25GB ULCW
$25 ULCW Base Plan-25GB-4G
This is not right. Public mobile is not good for doing this now. I'm in trouble trying to get this to be fixed. I am very scared. Please community help me. I beg of you

I've done a whole bunch of testing on my end to try to figure out why my Public Mobile 4G/LTE data isn't working. I've restarted the phone, toggled airplane mode, reset network settings, recreated the APN with IPv4, and tested the SIM in both my Pixel 9a and a OnePlus 5. The problem happens on both phones.
At this point, I've done quite a bit of troubleshooting myself, but I don't currently have an agent available to help me with further testing or to check what might be happening on Public Mobile's end. I don't know for sure what the problem is, but based on everything I've tested, I'd like someone to help investigate the SIM, account provisioning, and LTE/mobile-data connection from the carrier side.

I have an issue that the plan got reverted to some other arbitrary plan for no apparent reason and no notification in my email. Not even I didn't even change my plan and for some reason it got changed. Can you notify the team to contact me as soon as possible. I have been writing tickets and tickets. I've been messaging the team over and over again. I don't know what they're doing if they're awake or what. I've been going at it for several hours now
yesterday
The problem is is I can't ask tomorrow because I am very busy. I'm going to be busy all day with something important and I can't be constantly fixing problems that public mobile keeps adding and creating because they do not have checks and balances properly and I am starting to get locked out every so often from being able to use my phone even just using the calling someone is scratchy that is not acceptable
yesterday
The Sim swap was a pretty big thing and now I have a plan that changed without my knowledge. I'm pretty sure that a hacker did it, but the thing is is that I have changed my password several times. I have never lent out my password or giving it out to anyone. I've even used a whole new phone and I've even checked my network with a professional Weiss and I've even updated all my stuff carefully. So there is no way that a hacker could have done this but public mobile should be aware that my plan has changed without my knowledge
yesterday
And also another note, I keep getting messages from 611 and 611 is just for paying with a voucher or seeing if you want to get another add-on. It's not for fixing the phone and people are telling me oh you should type in this phone number and this very long phone number and see what it does and all it does is it brings me to an automated system that is very scratchy because my service keeps going down because of what they did with my plan. For some reason they give me headaches after headaches and they're still not even checking if anybody's having problems
yesterday
I've already opened a ticket twice. I've already messaged the team and nothing is being done. It's like I'm in the dark now because my and my phone connection keeps cutting in and out that and my plan is completely different from the plan that I had because I can see clearly that it's changed sometime this today without my knowledge. I didn't click anything until I noticed a disconnect with my internet and I looked to see if I was over the limit for my internet and I wasn't. I was way below and for some reason I'm getting an h* I'm getting an h
Every time I try to use my service there is something very wrong with public mobile and they need to get their act together. There is something going on that is very frustrating and making me want to switch. Now I know why people don't like public mobile at all and their service is very slow to get and reach anybody. And also I had something critical to do tomorrow that involves me using my phone and having this problem is very annoying and if they don't get their act together then I don't know when they will ever you tell me to go to these places and I've already done it. I know that you're trying to help but it's very frustrating when you're keep giving me stuff that doesn't make sense when I've already done them. If you can give me another way of contacting them or giving me the team's name so I can message them I would appreciate it. I am very frustrated with this because in the past I had a sim swap and they did it right behind my back and it was terrible to try to get any resolution from public mobile and their service is going downhill ever since they took out all the kiosks in my area
yesterday
It looks like just a different name for the same thing. That doesn't seem like anything to worry about. If your service is working fine, shouldn't be any issues.
yesterday
Since it was sim swapped , maybe the hacker did that?
yesterday
They absolutely did not send me anything earlier or nothing. Absolutely nothing. I've already got hacked once by a Sim swap and now I have to deal with this. I have never accepted anything without reading it and I know that for a fact that I never accepted anything today and I didn't even use the app today until now when my plans screwed up and I never got anything in my email. I even checked it and verified that there wasn't anything in my email. I know a about technology and I have never clicked anything and I even checked to see because if it was changed they would tell me that they would change it in my email

hi @marcmib if you are not using the new method of ticket, please do so
if you already used the new method, then wait till tomorrow and go to Expert Message and add one more line and ask for update
yesterday
I've tried the public mobile line but it gets scratchy. The plan that was reverted was not a good plan for some reason. Someone reverted me to that plan by a hack or something because I never touched the plan and it never had any clause in it. That would say that it would revert back to something else. This is false advertisement of what they claim if they keep reverting crap like that and doing stuff like that. I already got hacked by a SIM swap and now I'm fed up
yesterday
I already submitted a ticket but no response. Pretty sad

I am going to try to contact them but if you have more info on how to contact them properly because I've already tried to contact the team by the who the message is supposed to be sent and I tried to send it to the team but nobody is responding. It's like they're out of service
