@Brendan7 Use the second link and send a private message to CS_Agent if you're having problems with submitting a ticket. Their response will appear in the message box top right next to your avatar and can take anywhere from one hour (or less) or more depending on the number of tickets they are dealing with.

I can't get to customer support. It just takes me to this forum. I just want to speak to someone about this. And no, I have not used the bonus 2GB!

@Brendan7 So you're unable to use the bonus data when depleting the plan allotment before renewal? You'll need to submit a ticket via chatbot and ask customer support why that's happening as you should be able to access the bonus data. edit: as long as you haven't also used up the bonus too?

As I am trying to say, when I go into "My Account", I see my promotion (2GB bonus for 12 months) under "Promotion Usage". The problem is that they are not applying this promotion and as a result, after my 1GB is used up, I have no further data. I can't stress it enough, they are not applying the promotion as I have run out of data after 1GB for the past 2 months.

When signing up I was to get 2 additional GB of data on top of the 1GB on the plan. For 2 months now I have run out after the 1GB is used and never get access to the additional 2 GB. It shows the promotion on my account information but just never applies it. It also show I am in the 4th month of the 12 month promotion, but have only had the plan for 2 months (and have run out of data both months)! I am so frustrated with Public Mobile! I will likely go somewhere else!

If you're not seeing your promotion listed in your self service account, try logging in to your account but using another browser in incognito or private mode.
It could be your seeing an old cached page. Good luck 🤞

What promotion do you talk about? Did you do plan change?
To get to up-to-date web page:
Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Click on little spinner refresh icons lower down.
