Hi,
I have recently purchased public mobile I have some questions:
1. The promotions that are available on the website for example in qubec region 28$ for 2.5 GB of Data is showing on the website. But when I login on my self service portal and try to renew my plan it shows 30$ for 2GB.
2. If I register for auto pay will I be able to change the card associated in future ?

@mayank646 It looks like the new promotional plans are only available for new activations, so since you activated a month ago that's the reason you're not able to see those plans in your account.
Depending on how long you've had you're number, you may want to consider activating on a new account to take advantage of the new promotional prices, but it's unfortunate those plans not available for every customer.

I was under the impression that people will get the opportunity to choose the plan that is available for every customer as displayed on the website via their self service portal .

@mayank646 no, the data amount keeps reoccurring (2.5gb) (2.25gb w/o auto-pay?)
if you would like more info, I think you should contact customer support mods to gain clarification

@gpixel Yeah I activated last month. But is this only 1 time promotion as in you only get this for 1 month then back to regular plans ?

No @mayank646 once you activate with that plan you keep it until you choose to switch it or leave PM

when did you activate? you might have activated before this promo came into effect

Yes I am from Qubec region but its not showing on my self service renewal window.

The price is $30 and will always show $30. You get credit of $2. When you signup it will land on your account the next day
You can easily change it afterwards, I advise 'replace' instead of remove than add new one to ensure continuity
