I just signed up today for $25 plan with 1 G. Somehow I missed the promotion button for extra 2 G for the next 12 months. Do i need to cancel my account all together? or someone can help fix this.

@dust2dustNo, never did. Switched back from Koodo today and almost missed the promo and referral codes (you would have to specifically "add" the codes). I thought it may be worthy of a try for a new account.

@tzliu- Have you tried it? I've never heard of that box working for anything.

You may want to try to add the promo code under Plan & Add-ons Tab. Let us know if that works, otherwise, as suggested, contact CS.

I believe you can message the moderators and they might put that prom on your account for you! Also you did use a refferal code to get the 10$ credit to your account? Just click on the tiny envelope on the top right hand corner of the page and send it to cs_agent and usually they get back to you within a few hours!
