I signed up for a plan with 1GB with the additional 2GB promo in September 2022. I still have not receive the additional 2GB to my plan and for 2 months I have run out of data as a result. The promo was for 12 months.

If you activated plan before due date you should get this extra 2GB. Question is when will PM apply it; on next renewal or immediately.
You can always ask agent for clarification.
