I added 15gb for 40$ promotional plan and when my invoice was paid my plan was not switched.

@Lbilkey   Yes, but you should really use the browser in incognito or private mode, for it to show up. Try again please.

I've checked and confirmed this is not the issue

Public Mobile has web page cache issue so you might be looking at obsolete status. Try using different browser. Try Incognito mode. Clear browser’s cache. Try forced refresh. Use computer and not phone to log in. Click on little spinner refresh icons lower down.

Fortunately I used a fresh browser and session, the account shows the 5gb plan with the added promotion.

@Lbilkey hi where you charged for the 40 dollar plan? if you were 

 first try a different browser in private or incognito mode if that doesn't update 

ask a  a service rep to help

@Lbilkey  Try logging into your account using a browser in incognito mode.

Your probably looking at old cached information.
