Promotion disappeared-connection with Iran

Hello, I have 2 questions.

1- I have student promotion that is said that offers me 2GB extra for 12 months. Just 1 month passed but my promotion is cycle 3/12. I wanted to know how does that work.

2- Is it true that calling to Iran fees are waived until 14 oct during the current circumstances?

let me answer you Question 2 first.  NO, there is no free calling to Iran for PM.   PM system cannot even call Long distance to Iran

For Question 1.  did you just make a plan change?  those bonus will be gone if you change plan

If you didn't change plan, try login with Incognito mode to see if you see the bonus

If not, open ticket with PM CS agent and ask them to check :

then Click "Other"
finally Click "Click here to submit a ticket"
you will then direct to another page to open ticket.

After ticket is submitted, make sure to check your Community Inbox(top right corner envelope icon) periodically for response from PM's CS Agent
