Hi. My daughter provided a referral. I didn’t see any discounts attached to the referral code. she also has a 30g plan for 30$ which is what I was looking for. Ive also been charged twice by public mobile for my account.

Log in to your account on a daily basis if possible to see all plans that you can opt for. With Xmas, Boxing Day and NY Days upcoming...there MIGHT be some cheaper options for you. If you do see something better, make the selection but opt for Change On Renewal. That way you don't pay until your regular plan renewal as there are no refunds or pro-rating of your plan. Also, be aware that your plan is for 30 days...not a month. Your plan renewal dates will be different.

Now that you've already activated your new Public Mobile account and selected a plan...you will have difficult time trying to get a cheaper plan. When you log in to your account now, you'll only see the plans that are available to your account....not all plans will be available to you.

the $30-30GB plan seems to be a plan for existing subscribers only. But you will likely only see if on your My Account if you subscribe to a plan with lower value (lower than $30)

Hi, my daughter has a 30G for 30$ option as subscription. I do not see that option.
I signed up thinking it would appear once I was a customer. But I still don't see the option.

the referral bonus will be added to your account within 72 hours after activation, so you will have to wait
for the charging twice, ask PM to help. Simply open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA code when login, use email to receive code instead of SMS if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) When open Chatbot ticket, Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
But if you have trouble using Chatbot to open ticket, then message PM using this link:
