Promo not applied

I received a promo for 1GB data at $18/month via text on October 10th. I replied YES and was given confirmation via text that the promo would be applied at the next billing cycle. It wasn't applied on October 24th (when my plan renewed).

have you rebooted your cell lately ? That can clear up some issues and hopefully it'll help in your case...give it a try if you haven't done so.

That is odd. You can reach a csa to find out what happened.

Try login My Account again using browser with incognito mode to double check

If still not see the new plan, ask PM to check 

Just open ticket with PM using the Orange Chatbot icon on the lower right. (For 2FA when login, you might need to use email to receive if you cannot receive the text on the phone.) Type the question Submit ticket and select Contact Us to get to ticket open screen
