I activated my plan on the 5th of September 2023 and I had a 2 gig bonus for 12 months. I have just logged in to check the duration of the bonus and I see that I am on cycle 12 of 12 for my extra 2 gig bonus. Shouldn't it go right up until the day before like September 4th? I definitely should have it for at least Aug, so seeing 11/12 would make sense to me but it says 12/12 as in im up on the 31st of july. 12 months is 12 months. I just don't want to go over.

Don't want to go over what? If you mean to cause any overage charges there's no such thing here.
Sep 5 = 1/12 - Oct 5, Oct 5 = 2/12 - Nov 4, Nov 4 = 3/12 - Dec 4, Dec 4 = 4/12 - Jan 3, Jan 3 = 5/12 - Feb 2, Feb 2 = 6/12 - Mar 4, Mar 4 = 7/12 - Apr 3, Apr 3 = 8/12 - May 3, May 3 = 9/12 - Jun 2, Jun 2 = 10/12 - Jul 2, Jul 2 = 11/12 - Aug 1, Aug 1 = 12/12 - Aug 31
I agree that you should have it up until the end of Aug. And I really think it should be 11/12 at this time.

I would contact support to make sure you will.

No worries about "going over" here.

There are no overages.   There are no surprise charges.

You only get what was previously paid for (or given).  There are NEVER any added charges and users can't use more than what was pre-purchased.

SO, no worries @Mich2718 , enjoy the promo data while it lasts then consider switching to the $39 plan for 20 GB data if you need that much each 30 day cycle.

@Mich2718  I’m guessing you meant sept 5 edit @BKNS27  2023 When’s your renewal sept 5 is less then a month and al week away . And remember your services is not monthly it’s every 30 days . So I’m thinking it’s as it should be . But also not there a promo plan right now that won’t expire for 20GB for $39 . Maybe a good time to change plan for next renewal
