@adriangp27 , I see now what happened! The plan that you selected to change on renewal is the $45 Plan with 40GB of Data at 5G Speed. You get 10 more GB of Data for $5 more than the promotional plan that’s a $40 Plan with 30GB of Data at 5G Speed offer that says it is for new activations only! So, really you are getting better deal with the plan you selected 😉

@LitlLdy- I have not said they were eligible.

@dust2dust , that part of the message was for the Op since asked “Yes I am a customer, is it still possible for me to have this promo plan”. Sorry 🙂

@LitlLdy- I have not said they were eligible.

@LitlLdy- ?? From what I can see on the plans page the $45 plan is for 40gb, not 30. I have not looked on the change plan options.

@dust2dust , you are completely correct with that! I will fix my typos! I was supposed to type 40GB ! For $5 get 10 more GB! 👏🏻 Thank you 😊

Op still isn’t eligible for the $40 offer though 😞

@dust2dust ,

That $40 Plan with 30GB of Data at 5G Speed offer says that is for new activations only! For current Customers the price is $45 !

@adriangp27 is a current Customer so is not eligible for the $40 offer.

Edited: Incorrect info! 😮

I'm getting confused. New accounts can get that $40 plan during sign up. It does not have the 90 day option. There are only a few plans that have the 90 day option.
Existing customers are not able to get that $40 plan unless they would like to start up a whole new account.

Yes I am a customer, is it still possible for me to have this promo plan

Then sure, yes, you can get that $40 plan. But it doesn't have the 90 day option.

So we're on the same playing field, we're all fellow customers here. We can't "offer" anything to you. All we're doing is trying to help you.

Yes I am and can you still offer that plan to me

The first image, as mentioned, is only for new subscribers. Are you just signing up? Or are you changing plans? The second image is not one of the 90 day plans.

As mentioned earlier based on the screenshot I sent, I have subscribe on it will change on my renewal date but my concern is the promo price is not set based on the promotional plan.

As shown in the picture earlier I have done what you have instructed and yet I am getting the full price of the plan not the promotional plan

$55/50gb, $65/50gb (roaming), $39/20gb are the ones with the 90 day option.

Adding - Quebec has a $65/60gb plan with the 90 day option.

HI @adriangp27

you are customer with PM now, right?

Login to your own My Account, go to Subscription & Add-on page and then click Change Subscription, pick the plan there and click Change on Renewal to schedule a plan change (do not use Change now)
