Hi All,
Wondering if PM is having problems with Data?
My access to data is being consistently inconsistent and I've noticed it switching from 4G to 3G a number of times over the last few days ( it does not switch like that on my husband's phone). My husband and I have the same type and model of phones (umidigi A9pro) and the same PM plans, and he has not been having the same issue. A number of times when I've been trying to do something online ( like access email) and nothing opens and I get "you are offline" messages, when I ask him if his data/internet is working, it is working for him.
Does anyone have any ideas what is happening? What I can do to fix my data problem?

Maybe you have a poor connection to the network. Reboot and then toggle airplane mode on/off. See if the new connection to the network solves your issue.

try clicking Reset all networks. But be prepared you might have to enter APN after it does not populate itself

Two phones differing results suggest possible phone problem especially if there are indications of connectivity issues. Umidigi do have spotty hardware performance from my own experience.

@J-L try to swap the phone and confirm if it is a device problem. also, putting sim on another phone would force a sim re-provision and that could resolve the issue

Are you BOTH in the same location when this is occurring?
Indeed, my data also switches between 4G and 3G based on signal strength and physical location.
Can you try swapping SIM cards to see if if the problem is SIM-card/Account related or device related? It's best to do this in whatever location your device tends to switch down to the 4G.
