I am in the process of changing plans but my account is suspended and i can't get my account to re-activate on a one-month contract only for the purpose of transferring to Koodo. I keep ending up on the payment screen rather and it won't let me re-activate my number so i can port it out.
please help

you need to send teh mods a provate message with your account details and teh plan you want. only they can change plans in suspended mode. also to speedthings up add the needed funds to activate the plan assuming you want the $10 plan

@teddy4, customers cannot change plans on their own when the account is suspended. You will need moderator team assistance to complete the plan change. The moderator team can be reached via private message using this link. Please include in the private message account number and PIN code.
