We appreciate your escalation. An agent is already assisting the customer and will ensure they receive the support they need.

Does anyone know how long it takes to get response after placing ticket?
One day past so far - no response.
Should I wait any longer or just move from PM and forget about it?

I submitted a ticket, will see what they will reply.

Message Customer Support for their investigation. Seems odd that your plan suggests it a $40 plan...and you haven't upgraded from original $25 plan. Click the orange chat bubble on lower right side of the page to start the process. Watch the Community inbox will be highlighted when they respond....https://productioncommunity.publicmobile.ca/t5/notes/privatenotespage

you can't easily downgrade once you have a higher value plan. You can only opt for whichever plan you see when you log in to your account.

Hi, I had $25 plan with 1gb data. Recently I needed phone to work in USA so I purchased *supposedly* add-on $15 for 15 days.
Now when I go to my account it shows my subscription as "$40 with 1GB data" and no way changing it to cheaper subscription.
What's going on? Will it go back to $25 after next cycle? I'm long time PM customer but it looks like it's time to move to other provider?
