Does anyone know how long it takes to get response after placing ticket? One day past so far - no response.Should I wait any longer or just move from PM and forget about it?

Hi, I had $25 plan with 1gb data. Recently I needed phone to work in USA so I purchased *supposedly* add-on $15 for 15 days. Now when I go to my account it shows my subscription as "$40 with 1GB data" and no way changing it to cheaper subscription.Wh...
