Problem with renewing

Hello,

 

My plan expired about 3 days ago and I want to get a new plan from Public Mobile, but whenever I try to click the "add" button at the bottom right side after choosing my plan, it is disabled. Please help ASAP.

Once its expired and need a plan change only mod can help as soon many ops mentioned if you had 3 days left on renewal then its different

@garchass, it's because the system won't allow plan changes if you are on expired status.

As suggested by @pulp74 and @will13am, contact a moderator and tell them exactly which you want; they will be able to make the change for you!

 

I hope your problem will be solved quickly 🙂

If your plan has expired, you can't change plans and reactivate at the same time without mod intervention (you can only reactivate an account on the same plan).  Send a message to @Mary_M or one of the other mods with all your account information and they'll be able to help you out.
