Hello,
My plan expired about 3 days ago and I want to get a new plan from Public Mobile, but whenever I try to click the "add" button at the bottom right side after choosing my plan, it is disabled. Please help ASAP.

If your plan has expired, you can't change plans and reactivate at the same time without mod intervention (you can only reactivate an account on the same plan). Send a message to @Mary_M or one of the other mods with all your account information and they'll be able to help you out.
