How can I contact a customer support agent. My subscription did not activate properly. Verification codes go to an old number and not to my new number.

Does it look like this?
type your title in the Message Subject "help".
In the Message Body, type your name, phone number, pin #, email address etc. Then tell them what you need.
Press Send Message.
Every so often click on your pizza 🍕 upper right corner for a reply message.

I know the link, but I don't know how to create a ticket? I'm sure it's simple when you how to do it, but I can't seem to do it? I type in the chat many different explanations of my issue, but it keeps telling me to create a ticket. But, "how" do you create a ticket?

@Michael223 what is your error? For everyday issues there is no phone number.ber to call. Just for porting failure. If you need to contact PM click on the link below. It was already provided.

Once you click it, a message box opens up with a pre-addessed to cs agents. Just type your title, message and press send. Provide as much of your private information to identify yourself as possible.

I still don't know how to create a ticket.I am just stuck in a loop. Do you have the phone number by chance, or able to get it for me?

You can contact PM using chatbot in the support section of the app. If you can't access it use this link the message them directly.

and type in "Submit a ticket"
also are you using the Public Mobile app to activate? It is needed for activation.
