Account Link to Temporary Number

My Public Mobile account is linked to my temporary number, which I no longer have since my account was transferred to the number I originally had, so now I can't log in. How can I reach customer support without logging in?

you can ask the code to send to email instead
On the screen it is expecting you to enter the code, click Didn't get the code? or Resend code and then choose Send email
Once you logged in, if you are using the browser, go to Profile page, click Manage EverSafe ID and then update the phone number there

If you are using the PM app, go to Accout page, click Manage Login (Secured by EverSafe) and you can update the phone number
If you cannot login My Account still, ask support to help. Please open ticket with PM support:
Start by typing "Submit a ticket", then click "Contact Us", then "Other", then "Login" and finally click "Click here to submit a ticket ↗"
