Problem with Transferring Phone number

I am trying to transfer my Phone number from Public to Rogers. I received a text and replied Yes. it has been more than 4 hours and still not updating. I found my public is already closed but the phone number has not been transferred to my new carrier. 

Anybody can help me?

As the customer is porting the number to Rogers, it's genreally Rogers that would need to be contacted (rather than Public Mobile).

When transferring phone numbers one carrier to another, it's the new carrier that is receiving the phone number that is responsbile for all customers service relating to phone number porting. Please contact Rogers.
