Problem with Activation

I tried to activate my sim card, upon filled up all info and prompt to activation page, the web displays server error:404 - File or directory not found.
The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.
mt credit card had been debited 76 dollars and nothing had been done . Please kindly advice what i should do?

Today I had just contacted them today. Cost I tried to activate but fail this morning.

@ar_lo68 If you are planning to transfer your number from another carrier do not cancel it; that happens automatically.

 

Also, try your PM SIM in case the activation completed.

How long ago did you contact them?  Currently they are taking upto 12 days to get back to with the backlog that has been created with the fall promo that they ran.

The number is invalid upon verification.  I had pmed mod won't do anything until got reply.  Hopefully happening soon

Please remove your SIM card number from the post! You shouldn't display that info publicly. Click the Options menu to right of your message, and click Edit to remove.
