Problem to call a contact with Bell phone #

Hi;

I recently noticed that I'm not able to call my friend in Toronto on his phone number with Bell. Yet, I can reach him on his second number with Fido without any problem.

I'm in Manitoba, and I wonder if anyone else facing the same situation ?

@Bilnok hi if you are calling from a contact list try deleting and readding number to your contacts

No, I didn't try calling anybody else, as I don't know how to check if they are with Bell or not. (My friend gave me the info).

The call went one time, but just after trying calling him a second time I recieved the IVR message.

Actually, the message is : "This is PM, we're sorry we cannot complete your call as dialed, please verify the number and try again ..." 

I even deleted the number and it's always the same.

on the other hand, he can join me without problem.

I will ask him if he blocked me accidentally.

Maybe he blocked your number accidentally.

What kind of message do you get when you call him on Bell?
