Problem purchasing a SIM card

I bought a pm sim card online and my account was charged, but it gave me an error saying my ZIP code didn't match my billing address, so I have no idea if it went through or not even though it took money from me. Is there a way to see if the SIM card is actually going to arrive?

I did not, it still charged my account though

@lotr4lyfe  Check your junk folder to see if the email is not there. Sometimes that credit card charge is just a holding charge that will go away. If not, then your best bet is to submit a ticket to PM and ask them to investigate. It might take a while so If you are in a rush maybe get one from here @ $3.99

@lotr4lyfe contact the moderators as suggested by @gpixel and ask them what's going on. Stay safe.
