I'm not receiving my OTP. I am a brand new customer and just trying to log into my account for the first time. It says it is sending the code to my phone number but I dont recieved it, when I click resend code it just reloads the screen there is no option to send to email.

I’ve kind of experienced this before but I just had to just wait a couple of hours to receive a text.

Did you request porting phone number? If you did, check the text with the old provider sim card
If you still not receive the code there, ask PM
