Yesterday I purchased a pre-owned phone and wanted to take advantage of the current Fall promo of a $30 credit on my next bill but could find no way to sign in to connect the purchase with my account.
I have no issues signing in to reach "My Account" and "My Rewards" but I cannot find a way to purchase from either of those selections.
I ended up going back to the main Public home page and make the purchase as a guest.
Any thoughts on why I cannot connect my purchase with my account and how I might get it connected after the fact?

HI @SueM the CPO site is another completely different system. The username/password on My Account do not sync over there
To take advantage of the $30, as long as you use the same email address to purchase, PM would be able to match up the email on My Account and deposit the bonus
