I want to login to my account to change my credit card to make a payment, but They want to make sure it’s me… so send a sms or email.. but no option to chose sms instead of email. And I don’t have access to that email anymore to receive the confirmation number to identify that it is really me!!

You will need to contact a CS_Agent to have your email address change by private messaging or create a ticket through SIMon Chatbot on this Community page.

If you're not seeing the SMS option then that means you're currently suspended. You can buy vouchers or use real time payments in some stores. Then use 611 to enter the voucher. That way your account will reactivate and you can then use the SMS option.
Now you can change the credit card.
Then you might want to ask support to change the registered email.

@Lyson1 , is your account suspended at the moment. You won't be able to receive SMS 2FA unless the account is active. Please change your email address as already suggested.
