Problem facing in making call

I changed my provider from freedom to public and freedom already sent me email of cancellation of service .. but in my phone setting - > sim -> primary cellular shows freedom . I didn’t make any call .. almost 10 hrs gone to do transfer of phone

yes, remove Freedom physical sim, then go to Settings -> Sim menu and 

 enable Public Mobile sim and set it to Primary. Then Reboot phone and Reset network settings

I was using freedom sim but for public mobile eSIM . Shall I removed removed freedom sim from my phone

you see the Public Mobile sim in the Settings -> Sim menu?

if you do, you need to disable Freedom esim yourself.  Then enable Public Mobile sim and set it to Primary. Then Reboot phone and Reset network settings
