Hello,

I cannot connect to the Internet and cannot receive phone calls or texts. No Network.

hi @Maminou1 are you need subscriber or existing PM customer for some time?

is the phone showing connected to the network?

did you try reboot your phone? Reset All Networks?

did you try your sim in another phone?

and last, did you login My Account and confirm if your account still active?
