Hi!

I was offered a promotion through text message and it wasn’t applied to my account. Now what do I do?

@Ashber   what promotion do you have? 

was that a plan change?  if it is , login My Account using Incognito mode to see if PM renewed you with the new plan

if it is other promotion , let us know and we can try to help

Of course, if you like to have PM support to check , you can open ticket with them

**Monitor your Community inbox (envelope icon on top right) after the ticket is opened.  CS Agent will reply to you there
