If you wan to permanently hide your number, you can do it through device settings. Usually it is as you open 'phone app', settings, more settings, and you will see Show my caller ID. Tap on it and chose show or hide.

Setting path varies depending on brand. This is for Samsung S7.

Or dial #31# and then the recipient's number for particular call.

 @Alexsettee : You can also make it always private in your dialer. There should be a setting. Be aware that some people will not take calls from a private/hidden number. I think it's silly...especially for a business...but to each their own. Just so you're aware. You might find that people are suddenly always unavailable to answer and you end up in their voicemail. Then maybe they call you back.
