Hey all,
Would anyone be able to help with an apparent double billing issue?
I set up with the $35 dollar plan on Jun 16, and noticed in my banking history (paid with visa debit, autopay set up) that I have been charged the initial activation fee of $36.75 two times.
Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

Are you sure one is not a pending charge, or are both actual posted charges?
If one is pending, than it should fall away after authorized.
If both are actual, than do you see the extra funds in your Available Funds balance in your Self Serve account? IF so, leave it there for your next renewal.
If the funds are actual on your bank/credit card, but not showing on your Available Funds balance, then YES, contact Moderators as provided by either method posted by @Anonymous .
