Pricing change

Hello,

I have received a text stating that starting April 1st, the plan I currently use will go up in price by 2$/months.

I d like to know if that was a legitimate communication, what is the reason for the increase (it doesn’t seem to include and additional services to justify it), and if it is possible to opt out being satisfied with my current plan.

all mobile providers are allowed to adjust price with sufficient notice, 30 days notice.  You would have received  the price increase notice via SMS on the last week of Feb

sorry, like any price increase in life, there is no option to opt out.  However instead of paying $25 for the same 6GB data, PM offers you another $25 plan with more data.  Please check your My Account > Change Subscription page for the offer
