Price increase? Why

Why did my monthly rate increase. It went from approximately $20 to $27 with no explanation.

@Catpersonr the  price did not increase. What public mobile did was to remove your loyalty discounts.  This is so for everyone now as of May 2024. 

You now have to pay your plan amount in full each month upfront and they will give you back 5% of your payment in points. 

When you have 15 points you can redeem for the $15 off your next bill.

This was announced on March 6 and you would have received email and text to advise of rhe upcoming changes.

@Catperson , there was no change to plan pricing.  The legacy reward program you were on was changed to the points program and that is why you are paying more now.  The changes affect auto pay and loyalty rewards.
