@Trev2019 PM is having issues with processing vouchers so that could be the reason. Try 611 and make sure you have the correct PIN. If it's still an issue notify PM and include the PIN or a copy of the receipt.
To contact Public Mobile click here. The link sends you to the private message function and adds the moderator team as recipient for a private message. You just have to enter a title and text in the body of the message describing the problem and post. The message will be received by the moderator team and they will respond to it. You will receive the response in your private message inbox.

Are you using the 12 digit pin on the voucher? If you can't do it online, call 611 to add it by phone. The pin has 12 digits.
